Wedgewood Handmade Honey Nougat

Since our Mum, Gilly Walters, first started making her delicious soft honey nougat in our family kitchen in 1999 some things have changed, but the important things never will. We still make our nougat in small batches in 32 hands on steps, hand crack only the freshest farm eggs and use the finest natural ingredients… no artificial additives, no fancy automated machines, no shortcuts!

 

Angels Biscuits

Our delicious Angels shortbread biscuits are made with chunks of scrumptious honey nougat, local farm butter, South African honey and natural vanilla. Life’s too short to eat ordinary biscuits!
