Using 2 lamington tins, lined with baking paper…

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Eggs
  • 500ml plain yoghurt
    (low fat is ok)
  • 250g soft butter
  • 2 cups Castor sugar (400g)
  • 1 C cocoa (100g sifted)
