WEDGEWOOD RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Wedgewood, we put great care into every gift we create, and we want you to love what arrives at your door. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

RETURNS

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on our confectionery products unless there is a genuine concern about their quality. Should this happen, the item will need to be sent back to us for assessment. Once our team has reviewed the product, we will let you know whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To ensure a smooth return process:
•    To begin, please email us at kelly@wedgewoodnougat.co.za with a brief description of the issue and a few photos.
•    Reference of your order number must be provided.
•    We will then arrange for the item to be collected and brought back to our warehouse. .

If approved, the item will be collected from the same address where your order was originally delivered. We will cover the return courier costs, and you are welcome to choose either a replacement or a refund oncethee item has been returned to our warehouse.

DAMAGES OR DELIVERY ISSUES

We carefully hand-make and pack every order, and we want it to arrive in perfect condition. If your parcel arrives damaged, or it is the incorrect order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can put things right without delay.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect the item and update you on the outcome. If the return is approved, you can choose between:
•    A replacement, or
•    A refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed during our next weekly payment run, so they may take a little time to appear in your account. We really appreciate your patience.
