Refund Policy

At Wedgewood Crafted Confectionery we try to make sure that every one of our handmade products and hampers are delivered to our customer’s doors in perfect condition. However, if you find that you are unhappy with your unopened purchase and wish to return it, please email us at home@wedgewoodnougat.co.za  or call us on +27 (0)33  330 7444 with the order number quoted on your delivery note.

We will instruct you how to return the goods. This communication should be done without delay and within 14 days of notifying us.

When we have received and checked the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the items and the standard delivery charge (premium charges are not refundable) This will be issued within 14 days. We will contact you as to how we can make repayment. The return of the goods is your responsibility, however, and we are not obliged to repay you for any costs that you incur in returning your order to us.

Wedgewood Crafted Confectionery accepts returns of all products except:

  • Sealed or closed items where the seal or cellophane has been broken

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Products or Hampers DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive delivery of a parcel from us and the contents have been damaged during transit, we will exchange the damaged products without charge to you, provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days of taking delivery.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

You have the right to return a faulty item within 30 days along with proof of purchase.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible, or within 30 days, and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible, or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
