Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Rates

•    Orders over R5000: Free delivery
•    Orders under R5000: R120 flat rate
•    Next-day delivery is currently a Western Cape trial service (within 75km of Airport Industria). Orders must be placed by 1pm; later orders will be delivered the following working day.

Delivery Timelines

•    Standard delivery: 5–7 working days to ensure each gift is beautifully prepared.
•    Delivery times: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
•    No next-day deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
•    Timelines may vary due to courier delays, stock availability, or unexpected events.

Outlying Areas

Some outlying areas are serviced once a week by our courier partners. Delivery may take a little longer, and couriers will call ahead—please keep your phone handy.

Delivery Procedure

Couriers will contact the number provided when approaching the address. If no one is available, the delivery will be marked as attempted and retried on the courier’s next route.

Delays & Special Cases

•    Outlying areas may require 1–2 extra days.
•    Repeated failed deliveries due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability may incur a 15% handling fee plus delivery and a delay in delivery.
•    International contact numbers or recipients traveling abroad may cause delays beyond our control.
•    Peak seasons may delay delivery by a few working days.
